Dictator: Emergence

Dictator: Emergence is a strategy game where you play a dictator in a small South American republic. Your aim is to earn money, build an enormous statue of yourself, and above all, keep the different factions of your country happy.

The action in Dictator: Emergence happens mainly in a series of menus. In these, you can see how long you've been in power, how much money is in your treasury, the general state of the different parties, and how the building of your statue is going.

In each of the turns in the game, you can have a meeting with the representative of one of the factions: the oligarchs, police, opposition, rich, mafia, etc. In these meetings, one member of the faction you've chosen presents a problem and you have to choose from the possible answers provided. Almost all the answers will make some people furious while pleasing others, so the sooner you accept that it's impossible to make everyone happy the better.

Dictator: Emergence is a strategy game with a simple and fun development that also has excellent graphics. The game is very similar to the previous installments of the franchise, but it's a relatively original and fun saga so that's not really a problem.
